Taro Balls & Sweet Potato Balls
This classic Taiwanese treat is deliciously chewy and only needs a couple of ingredients.
Steam and mash the taro and sweet potato while still hot.
Mix in tapioca flour, water and knead into dough balls.
Cut the dough into small squares.
Cook taro/sweet potato balls until they all float to the surface.
Stir in sugar to prevent them from sticking.
