Easy Pork and Tofu Stir fry (豆干炒肉絲)

A popular Taiwanese classic that's simple and easy, yet delicious and satisfying.

What You'll Need

Step 1 - Prepare pork

Slice the pork lion and toss it with the marinated ingredients.

Step 2 - Prepare tofu

Boil tofu in salted water for 2 minutes before cutting into matchsticks.

Step 3 - Cut Scallions

Cut scallions into 4 sections and slice the white part into halves lengthwise.

Step 4 - Cook

Stir fry tofu and scallion first before mixing in pork loin and other seasonings.

Step 5 - Serve

When it's done cooking, remove the pan from the heat and serve warm with rice
