Ingredients You'll Need

Sauté shallots with sesame oil until it turns brown.

Step 1

Stir fry tomatoes until soften before adding seasonings.

Step 2

Add water or broth, turn the heat up to medium and bring it to a boil.

Step 3

Once the soup is boiling, slowly add in the egg mixture in a swirling motion.

Step 4

Season with salt to taste. Top with chopped scallion and cilantro and serve warm
