Ingredients

Knead the dough until it's smooth and able to pass the windowpane test

Make the dough

Proof in a warm place for 1-1.5 hour until it doubles in size.

Proof

Divide the dough into 12 pieces, roll them into balls and do the second proof.

Shape

Baked in 375°F oven for 16 minutes, brush the surface of the bun with melted butter.
